is one of my all-time favorite Christmas
salads. I grew up loving this one as a
child. Mom used to make it high in
fat. I love it low-fat, and it is every
bit as good. |

Sweet
& Sour Bacon Salad Dressing |

| Who'd
ever think that a bacon salad dressing could
be low in fat? It's hard to believe but here
it is. If you like sweet and sour,
you're gonna love this. |

fat-free sour cream |
1/4 |
cup
skim milk |
| 1/2 |
cup
Splenda Granular |
1/2 |
(3-ounce)
jar real bacon bits |
| 1/4 |
cup
apple cider vinegar |

Whisk
the sour cream, Splenda, vinegar, milk,
and bacon bits together in a bowl until
well blended. |

Keep
chilled until ready to serve. |
