Pumpkin Party Dessert
This recipe was submitted by Angie Auers of Maumee, Ohio. Her version had 10 ingredients and took 45 minutes to bake. With forty servings, it's good for parties

(30-ounce) can pumpkin pie mix

tablespoons Butter Buds Sprinkles
1 (8-ounce) carton Egg Beaters or 8 egg whites 1 cup warm water
1 cup skim milk   Fat-free whipped topping
2 (18-1/4-ounce) boxes butter cake mix    

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray two 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pans with nonfat cooking spray.
Combine the pumpkin pie mix, Egg Beaters, and milk in a medium bowl; mix well.
Spread the mixture into the prepared jelly roll pans.
Sprinkle 1 box of cake mix over the pumpkin mixture in each jelly roll pan.
Dissolve the Butter Buds in the warm water.
Drizzle (or spray) mixture over the cake mix in each jelly roll pan.
Bake for 25 minutes
Serve warm with a dollop of fat-free whipped topping.
