Almost Homemade Dressing
When serving this stuffing with your holiday turkey, no one will every guess that you didn't make it from scratch. The slight crunchiness of the corn mixed with the turkey, onion, mushrooms, and seasoning makes this taste homemade.

cups water plus 1/2 cup

(4-ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped 1 envelope dry Butter Buds or 1 tablespoon Butter Buds Sprinkles
2 boxes chicken stuffing 1 (16-ounce) can corn
2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken breast    

Combine the water, mushrooms, onion, Butter Buds, and seasoning packets from the stuffing mixes in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce the heat to medium low.
Stir in the corn and simmer for 4 minutes.
Stir in the stuffing and remove from the heat.
Let the dressing stand for 5 minutes.
Microwave the turkey for 40 seconds or until warm.
Stir the turkey into the stuffing.
Serve immediately.

Southern-Style Turkey Gravy
Use your left over turkey for this yummy meal.

(14-1/2 ounce) can chicken broth

cup skim milk
1/4 cup cornstarch 1 tablespoon garlic salt (optional)
  dash of pepper (optional) 3 (8-ounce) cans no-salt mixed vegetables, drained
1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless turkey, cooked and chopped    

Combine the broth, milk, and cornstarch in a Dutch oven.
Add the garlic salt and pepper, if using, and mix well to dissolve the cornstarch completely.
Turn the heat to medium.
Add the vegetables and turkey.
Cook the dish for 10 to 12 minutes or until thick and creamy, stirring occasionally.
